Brewing Instructions:
Western Style:
5 - 7g of tea leaves
12floz vessel
180 - 195°F water temperature
3 - 8 minutes (Start at 3 minutes & add a minute for every extra steep.)
Gong Fu Style:
5 - 7g of tea leaves
150 ml vessel (Yixing tea pot is best, gaiwan works perfectly as well.)
180 - 195°F water temperature
30sec steep (+10sec per steep; 20 steeps per session.)
